What is the cancellation policy?
The RAC recognizes that our participants may need to cancel after registering for this event. We have created a policy for refunds that considers our financial obligations for the event and our desire to refund as much of the registration fees paid as possible. If you need to cancel, please send a cancellation email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:
- Through March 21, 2019: A full refund will be issued, minus a $50 administrative fee
- From March 22-April 30, 2019: A 50% refund will be issued
- After April 30, 2019: We will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellations
